STATEMENT
These collages and paintings are the result of my interest in Buddhist and Taoist philosophies. They are simple, unassuming and uncluttered. These qualities should give the eye¡ªand the mind¡ªa gentle place to rest.
I advise the viewer to look at these works slowly and thoroughly for although they may appear fairly empty, there is much to see: a competition of textures, sudden or subtle shifts of color, and certain ¡°perfect imperfections.¡±

Taoist Works

the world.
Understand without seeing, accomplish without doing.
There is no Way.
Know the white (yang) but keep to the black (yin).
He who knows that enough is enough will always have enough.
Let the country be small and the people few; they have weapons but never
go to war.
